From the very beginning to the latest release of the series, XCOM has maintained the standard and the quality of content and is one of the most favorite series of games throughout the world. With critically acclaim and commercial success, the company launched an Expansion pack named as XCOM: Enemy Within, back in 2013 and another title XCOM 2 in 2016. The Series once again started with a mega hit XCOM: Enemy Unknown and broke all the previous records. The series rocked the markets but soon it lost the business until the series was rebooted in 2005 by 2K Games. MicroProse published in total six games with two of them cancelled.
